ZAFER S. HAKTANIR
Founder and Managing Partner
After studying business administration at Marmara University in Istanbul, he worked for fifteen years at a multinational company in Turkey and Europe, where he held senior roles, including CFO and CEO, until 2010. Since then, he has been actively involved as an entrepreneur, board member, and advisory board member. He is the co-founder and shareholder of Berg Technology and Consultancy GmbH and provides strategic guidance as an advisory board member to other companies in Germany, in addition to his roles as managing director and board member.
FUNDA HAKTANIR
Senior Partner - Financial Services
Funda Haktanir is a seasoned management consultant with over 20 years of experience, specializing in the financial services industry. Originally from Türkiye, she has been residing in Munich for the past five years. She spent 18 years at Accenture, where she rose to the position of Managing Director, contributing significantly to the Global Allianz Account Leadership team.

Sinan Bubik is a seasoned professional in the energy and information technology sectors. He graduated from Istanbul Technical University in 1995 with a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and pursued further studies in Informatics (German) at Marmara University's Social Sciences Institute.
